National Catholic Sisters Week

There will be an open house at the Basilian Sisters’ Mother House on Friday, March 8 to commemorate National Catholic Sisters Week. Visit anytime between 1:00 and 4:00 PM to get to know some of the Sisters over light refreshments.

We are also running a contest to win a trip to Ukraine.

National Catholic Sisters Week is an annual celebration created to honor women religious that takes place from March 8-14. Organized by St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, it consists of events that instruct, enlighten, and bring greater focus to the lives of these incredible women. The week recognizes all they have done for the Church out of gratitude and with hope that more young women will choose to follow their example.
