Volunteer to Serve in Ukraine in 2018

Save the Dates: May 27 to June 15, 2018 to Volunteer in Ukraine
Come and serve with the Sisters of St. Basil in their ministry to Ukraine’s needy. This coming year’s Basilian Volunteer Program will take place from May 27 to June 15, 2018.
Itinerary
This year’s English catechetical camps will be
In Drohobych from May 27, 2018 to June 1, 2018
In Ivano-Frankivsk from June 3 – June 8, 2018 and visiting orphanages that same week
In Mukachevo from June 10 – June 15, 2018.
Last year the program served 150 children in three different area camps as well as many other children in 8 orphanages, psychiatric institutions, halfway houses, etc. Join the Sisters as they continue their annual ministry of evangelization, bringing support and comfort to the needy of Ukraine.
As they did last year, Sister Ann Laszok, OSBM and Sister Joann Sosler, OSBM together with the accepted applicants, will collaborate with the Sisters, priests and seminarians of Ukraine to provide Berlitz style English camps and bring financial support to the orphanages.
Volunteers provide their own airfare to Lviv. The Sisters provide room, board and transportation within Ukraine.
